Proverbs 31

In Proverbs 31 verse 10 starts talking about the Virtuous Woman

Who can find a virtuous woman for her price is far above rubies.

The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.

Yes, this is a wonderful template for what to look for in a woman to be your bride.

It’s also a guide for women to consider to see what God’s standards are as to what He thinks is a virtuous woman.

But before you start judging a woman by these standards,-

take into consideration that we as Born Again Bible Believing Christians-

are all the Bride of Christ.

The next time, or every time, you read Proverbs 31, think about you being the virtuous Bride.

You are like merchant ships bringing food from afar

You seek wool and flax and work willingly with your hands

You consider a field and buy it,-

then with the fruit of your hands plant a vineyard.

Strength and honor are your clothing

Open your mouth with wisdom and kindness.
