Refund policy

Refund Policy for alivewithjesus (operated by RTP, LLC)
Effective Date: 10/28/2025

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ALIVEwithJesus.  
If you are not satisfied, we will do our best to make it right in a fair and honest way.

1. Returns
We accept returns for most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.  
To start a return, please contact us at alive@alivewithjesus.com with your order number and reason for return.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and in original packaging).
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Digital downloads, gift cards, or personalized/custom-made items.
- Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will gladly repair, replace, or refund it as appropriate.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.  
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.  
Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or variant, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the refund is approved.

4. Shipping Returns
To return your product, we will provide a return shipping address when your request is approved.  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.  

5. Exceptions & Special Cases
If a refund request falls outside the 30-day window, we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.  
ALIVEwithJesus reserves the right to issue store credit instead of a refund when appropriate.
