Shipping policy

Shipping Policy for AliveWithJesus (operated by RTP, LLC)  
Effective Date: 10/28/2025

We’re grateful for your support of AliveWithJesus and we strive to deliver each order with care, accuracy, and honesty.

1. Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or U.S. holidays.  
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or a product delay, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates  
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  
Estimated delivery times:  
- Standard (USPS First Class or Ground): 3–7 business days  
- Expedited (USPS Priority or UPS 2-Day): 2–3 business days  

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier service interruptions or weather.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking  
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.  
Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Shipping Locations  
We currently ship within the United States.   
For international requests, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and rates.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages  
AliveWithJesus is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.  
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim and notify us at alive@alivewithjesus.com.  
We will assist where possible to help resolve the issue.
